Acceptance of Terms. By using https://sparklingspacescleaningservicesllc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Special Project Cleaning, Vacation Rental Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning provided by Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Services, LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Services, LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Services, LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Damages. Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Services, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Services, LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NH law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NH for any related dispute.
Updates. Sparkling Spaces Cleaning Services, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
